Agency, Not Employer

HomeStaff.pk is a staffing agency and placement service. We recruit, screen, verify and introduce domestic staff candidates to households. We are not the direct employer of the staff we place. Once a placement is agreed, the employment relationship — including wages, working hours, benefits and day-to-day supervision — exists between the household and the staff member.

Verification & Due Diligence

Every candidate is identity-checked and police-verified where applicable before placement, and our 24-hour replacement guarantee applies to unsuitable matches. However, no screening process is absolute. Households remain responsible for their own supervision, valuables, and household safety practices, and for reporting any concern to us immediately so we can act on it.
