Live-in maids and cooks in Islamabad and Rawalpindi start from PKR 40,000 per month plus boarding and meals; live-in nannies and patient caretakers run PKR 45,000–60,000 depending on night duties. Because accommodation and food are provided, live-in totals usually come out below hiring two daily-shift staff. Trial week available before the first full month.

Standard is one full rest day per week plus agreed daily rest hours; families requiring zero-day coverage arrange alternate weeks or a relief rotation with us.
Who pays for food and utilities?
Meals and basic utilities are provided by the household as part of the boarding arrangement; the monthly salary is on top of this.
Can we trial a live-in candidate first?
Yes — a paid trial week is standard before the first full month, and our 24-hour replacement guarantee continues after hiring.
What if the arrangement isn’t working?
